The most anticipated heavyweight MMA fight of the PRIDE era. Fedor Emelianenko — undefeated and widely considered the best fighter on the planet — faced Mirko Cro Cop, the Croatian kickboxing legend with one of the most feared left high kicks in combat sports history. Fedor controlled the fight with his Sambo-based grappling and ground-and-pound, winning by unanimous decision. The bout cemented Fedor's status as the dominant heavyweight of his generation and is remembered as one of the defining moments of the PRIDE era.
