Guusje van Mourik
Guusje van Mourik was born on 11 November 1955 in the Netherlands. One of Dutch combat sports' most versatile champions - a multiple national title holder and international competitor across three disciplines: judo, karate and boxing.
In judo she became multiple Dutch champion and competed internationally. In karate she won national and international championships, excelling in both kata and kumite. She then extended her career into boxing, proving herself competitive in that arena too.
Her ability to master multiple disciplines at championship level is extraordinary and sets her apart as one of the most complete Dutch female martial artists of her generation. After competing she became a respected coach and mentor, contributing to the growth of combat sports in the Netherlands.
