Jongsanan Fairtex was born on 24 July 1974 in Chaiyaphum province, Thailand. One of the most respected Muay Thai fighters of the Golden Era - a product of the legendary Fairtex Gym in Bangkok.
He grew up in poverty and was introduced to Muay Thai by his grandfather. At 11 he was already competing in local bouts. At 16, through a family connection, he earned a spot at Fairtex Gym in Bangkok - one of the most prestigious camps in the world. His first five months there were spent doing chores with no formal training, until a last-minute opportunity to step in as a replacement changed everything.
He went on to become one of Fairtex Gym's most celebrated fighters, beating world-class opponents including Sakmongkol Sithchuchok. His career was defined by relentless determination, technical excellence and a warrior spirit forged in hardship.
Jongsanan remains active in the sport as a trainer, passing his knowledge to the next generation.
