American professional boxer and the first southpaw to win the Heavyweight Championship of the World. Defeated Evander Holyfield in 1994 to claim the WBA, IBF and IBO heavyweight titles, only to be stopped by a legendary 10th round knockout by 45-year-old George Foreman later that same year — one of the most shocking upsets in boxing history.
