Tomas Egberts is one of the most prominent figures in Dutch Kyokushin Karate. A multiple national and international champion and a highly respected instructor, Egberts has dedicated his career to both competing at the highest level and developing the next generation of Kyokushin practitioners. His technical excellence and competitive record established him as one of the best Kyokushin fighters of his generation in the Netherlands. Beyond his own achievements, his role as a trainer and mentor has produced numerous champions and contributed significantly to the growth of Kyokushin Karate in the country. Egberts embodies the core principles of Kyokushin - respect, discipline and perseverance - both in his own practice and in how he passes the art on to his students.
