Historische boksclub in New York, opgericht in 1939 door bokslegende Cus D'Amato en zijn zakenpartner Jack Barrow. Gevestigd in het Gramercy Gym-gebouw aan 116 East 14th Street in Manhattan. D'Amato opende de club op 22-jarige leeftijd om jonge boksers te trainen en te begeleiden. De club vormde de fundering voor zijn legendarische trainerscarrière. De locatie wordt herdacht met een straatbordje genaamd Cus D'Amato Way.
