The Boxing Academy on Landstraat in Vlaardingen is a boxing and fitness gym founded by Simion Baauw. In the spacious facility, the gym combines boxing training with independent fitness and supervised strength and conditioning training. Group offerings include pad training, heavy bag training, Kidsboxing, HYROX, BIG5, HIIT and small-group training. Personal training and open gym are also available. The in-house Health Centre brings together personal trainers, physiotherapy, nutritional advice, lifestyle coaching and other specialised support. The modern fitness area is equipped with high-quality equipment. Athletes can get acquainted through a free trial lesson or tour and use the gym’s own member app with training schedules.
