There are 2 different ways to choose the right size shin guards. Either you use your body height as a benchmark or you actually measure the length of your shin. With this information you can then see exactly which size shin guard fits on our shin guard product page ( size chart ).
Shin guard size based on body length
If you let the size of shin guards depend on your body height, a size chart looks something like this:

How do I measure my shin?
You measure from the bottom of your knee to the top of your ankle. Is the length not exactly in the size chart? Then choose the nearest lower length.
