Can I track my order?
Yes, that's possible. We ship almost all packages via the parcel services of DPD, DHL & Postnl. A track & trace code is always available for this. In very rare cases, we also sometimes send something via letterbox post. In that case, we will not provide a track & trace code.
As soon as we start packing your order, you will receive an email from us with a track & trace code to track your order.
My track & trace code does not work
If you check the track & trace code within a few hours, DPD or Postnl may not have yet received your package. In that case, your track & trace code does not work yet. Normally every track & trace code works from the next morning.
My track & trace link does not work
Some email providers disable certain links in emails for security reasons. In that case, your track & trace link may not work. No problem of course. In that case, you can use the form below to track your order with your zip code and track & trace code.
