Can I track my order?
Yes, you can. We ship almost all packages via the parcel services of DPD, DHL & PostNL. A track & trace code is always available for these shipments. In rare cases, we may send something via mailbox mail. In that case, no track & trace code is provided by us.
As soon as we start packing your order, you will receive an email from us with a track & trace code to follow your order.
My track & trace code doesn’t work
If you check the track & trace code within a few hours, it may be that DPD or PostNL has not yet received your package. In that case, your track & trace code will not work yet. Normally, every track & trace code works from the next morning at the latest.
My track & trace link doesn’t work
Some email providers disable certain links in emails for security reasons. In that case, your track & trace link might not work. No problem, of course. You can use the form below with your postal code and track & trace code to still track your order.
