What weight boxing gloves should you choose for kickboxing?
For kickboxing and Thaiboksen, the rule of thumb is: the heavier you are, the heavier the glove. 10 oz is suitable for lighter women and teenagers. 12 oz is the most commonly chosen size for women for general use. 14 oz and 16 oz are intended for intensive sparring and most men.
