What is the background of the brand XPRT?

The story of XPRT Fight Gear begins in 2005. Enthusiastic martial artist and entrepreneur has dreamed for years of a shop full of the finest fighting gear, available and accessible to everyone.

With personal experiences in the form of training internships, seminars, competitions, and research, he has gained a clear vision of how to offer martial arts, fighting sports, and fighting gear to a broader audience in the new millennium.

With extensive experience in Thai boxing, boxing, karate, and especially ITF Taekwon-do, Fight2Win takes the first steps toward a complete product range. Initially with only ITF Taekwon-do uniforms, safety equipment under the brand and website Taekwon-do.nl.

Then follows the slogan: Fight2Win. And eventually, with the help of other martial artists and graphic designers, a logo and a name emerge for a groundbreaking and affordable martial arts brand: XPRT Fight Gear!

Are inner gloves necessary for women's boxing gloves?

Yes.

Wearing inner gloves is always recommended for women. Besides reinforcing your hands, they have another (hygienic) function. The sweat gets absorbed by the inner gloves, which you then put in the wash. This keeps your gloves fresher and in better condition for longer.

Even better is to wear handwraps. They provide more support and protection. It may seem complicated to put them on, but you'll get the hang of it quickly. We often include links to videos on the product pages for handwraps to help you learn.

Another very popular option is to wear gel-wraps. They offer the convenience of inner gloves, the reinforcement of handwraps, and additionally the comfort of extra padding on your knuckles!
