1. Pull the NG2 Knuckle Guards over your fingers - the gel padding rests on your knuckles
2. Then wrap your handwraps normally around them
3. The knuckle guards are now securely fixed under your handwraps, directly on your knuckles

This combination gives you maximum knuckle protection without the knuckle guards shifting during training. They take up minimal extra space in your boxing gloves, thanks to the thin but effective gel padding.

• After every training session: air them out before storing them. Never store them while damp. Washing:
• the NG2 Gel is washable use a delicate cycle (30°C) and a laundry bag. We would NOT recommend doing this after every training session. Drying:
• air-dry. air them out DO NOT tumble-dry. This protects the gel padding. Check regularly
