Can I return my items?
You can think about your online store purchase calmly. If you are not completely satisfied with your webshop order, you can return it to us within 30 days, provided that you have not used the product.
For returns, please ensure that the item is in the original packaging with the labels still attached.
Once we have received your item back, we will refund the full order amount of that item to your account. However, you will pay the return costs yourself, so we will deduct these.
We check all returns upon arrival at our warehouse. If we conclude that a product has been used/damaged/washed , there are no labels left and/or there is no packaging, we will not accept the return . We will send the return shipment back at the customer's expense, given the deductible of a damaged return shipment.
Heavier products such as wall brackets, wall supports and aqua bags can only be returned in the store. Some products are excluded from returns. These are personal and hygiene items.
These items may not be returned:
- Mouthguards / mouthguards
- Bandages / inner gloves
- Gel wraps
- Groin protectors
Do I have to pay shipping costs for returns?
Yes. You pay the return costs yourself. You can send the package to us free of charge via our returns portal , but we will keep these return costs when we refund you. Below is an overview of the return costs.
- Return costs within the Netherlands: €6.95
- Return costs outside the Netherlands: €9.95
- Return costs in store: free
NB
If the remaining value of your order falls below the 'free shipping' threshold after returning items, we will also deduct the original shipping costs.
If we have received your return but cannot accept it because it does not meet our guidelines, we can return the order to you. In that case, however, you will pay return costs and (again) shipping costs.
Can I exchange my items?
We do not exchange items, but you can of course return your webshop order. You can then immediately order the new product. You will receive this even faster.
How can I return my items?
We would, of course, like to be notified in advance so that we can ensure a quick handling and refund. That is why every webshop starts returns via our returns portal .
The returns portal is actually self-explanatory and asks you to enter your zip code and your track-and-trace number (which you previously received from us).
Tips for webshop returns
- Save your shipping receipt. This allows us to trace your shipment if something went wrong.
- Make sure the product is completely unused. We do not accept returns on used products.
- Make sure that all products are neatly in the original packaging with the tags still attached.
- Return multiple items? Everything can simply be put in the same box.
- Of course, you can also simply drop off your webshop order in our store.
Can I have my return collected?
No. We do not currently offer such a service.

Are your own details no longer anywhere on/in the box? Make sure you include a note with your personal details and/or order number. Otherwise, we logically do not know who the package came from.
Can I still cancel my return?
Certainly. Of course you can always change your mind. You must then cancel your return request via the returns portal (otherwise we will continue to wait for your package).
How do I know if you have received my return?
As soon as we have received your return, we will assess it and then process it. You will then immediately receive an email confirmation.
We will then refund the purchase price of the item you returned to your account. Do you still not have any money in your account within 10 days? Then give us a call: 010 - 226 38 68.
How quickly will I be refunded after returns?
As soon as your return has been processed (usually within 7 working days), your money will be refunded immediately. In most cases, it will be back on your account within 2 days.
