Can I return my items?
You can take your time to think about your webshop purchase. If you are not completely satisfied with your webshop order, you can return it to us within 30 days , provided that you have not used the product of course. The product must be returned to us within 30 days, so do not wait until the last moment to return it.
When returning, please make sure the item is in the original packaging with the labels still attached.
When we have received your returned item, we will refund the full order amount of that item to your account. However, you will pay the return costs yourself, so we will retain these.
Upon arrival at our warehouse we will inspect all returns. If we find that a product has been used/damaged/washed , has no labels and/or no packaging, we will not accept the return . We will send the return at the customer's expense plus administration costs, given the deductible of a damaged return.
Heavier products such as wall brackets, wall supports and aquabags can only be returned in store. Some products are excluded from returns . These are personal and hygiene items.
These items may not be returned:
- Mouthguards / Bits
- Bandages / inner gloves
- Gel wraps
- Cross protectors
- B-choice products & final sale
- Exclusive products from Winning & Grant - these are sold exclusively under physical store conditions (no Distance Selling Act and cooling-off period)
Do I have to pay shipping costs for returns?
Yes. You pay the return costs yourself. You send the package to us free of charge via our return portal , but we will retain these return costs when we refund you. Below is an overview of the return costs.
- Return costs within the Netherlands: € 6.95
- Return costs outside the Netherlands: € 9.95
- Return costs in store: free

If the remaining value of your order after returning items falls below the 'free shipping' threshold, we will also retain the original shipping costs.
If we have received your return, but cannot accept it because it does not meet our guidelines, we can send the order back to you. In that case, however, you will pay the return costs incurred and (again) shipping costs .
Can I exchange my items?
We do not exchange items, but you can of course return your webshop order. You can then order the new product directly. You will then receive it even faster.
How can I return my items?
Of course, we would like to receive a signal in advance so that we can ensure a quick handling and refund. That is why every webshop return shipment starts via our return portal .
The returns portal is actually self-explanatory and asks you to enter your postcode and your track and trace number (which you previously received from us).
Tips for webshop returns
- Please keep your proof of postage. This will help us track your shipment if anything goes wrong.
- Make sure the product is completely unused. We do not accept returns of used products.
- Make sure that all products are neatly in their original packaging with the labels still attached.
- Returning multiple items? Everything can simply go in the same box.
- Of course you can also just drop off your webshop order at our store.
Can I have my return collected?
No. We do not currently offer such a service.

Are your own details nowhere on/in the box? Then make sure you add a note with your personal details and/or order number. Otherwise we logically do not know who the package is from.
Can I still cancel my return notification?
Sure. You can and may always change your mind. You must then cancel your return request via the return portal (otherwise we will continue to wait for your package).
How do I know if you have received my return?
Once we have received your return, we will assess it and then process it. You will then immediately receive an email confirmation.
We will then refund the purchase amount of the item you returned to your account. If you still have no money in your account within 10 days? Please email us: info@fight2win.nl .
How quickly will I be refunded after returning an item?
Once your return has been processed (usually within 7 business days, take busy periods into account) your money will be refunded immediately. In most cases it will be back in your account within 2 days.
