A wallbag - also known as a makiwara or wall bag - is a punching bag that is permanently mounted to the wall on a steel frame. No chain, no ceiling mounting point, no swinging bag - the wallbag absorbs the punch directly and does not give way, creating a fundamentally different training experience from a hanging punching bag.

Fight2Win carries wallbags from two brands - the Super Pro Lion Black and the Twins WB Pro. Both are built for intensive gym-level use, both are mounted on an industrial-grade steel frame, and both are filled with multiple layers of high-quality foam. The difference lies in the outer material and dimensions.

The Super Pro Lion Black is made of synthetic leather (60x40 cm). The Twins WB Pro is made of cowhide (65x40x40 cm, 17 kg) and comes complete with wedge bolts for mounting - the choice for those who want the very best for home or gym use.

From Super Pro Lion Black and Twins WB Pro are both professional-quality wallbags on a steel frame, but differ in material, dimensions, and origin.

From Twins WB Pro is made of cowhide and measures 65x40x40 cm and weighs 17 kg. Twins Special is one of the most respected brands in thai boxing— Made in Thailand, used in top training camps and gyms in Thailand. Cowhide offers a firmer and more direct punching response than synthetic leather and lasts longer with proper care. Supplied with wedge anchors for mounting. The choice for those who want the best for home or at the gym.

Synthetic leather has a slightly softer impact response than cowhide leather, making it somewhat more accessible for longer training sessions without risking hand or wrist injuries. Wipe it down with a damp cloth after use; no further maintenance is required.

Cowhide leather (Twins WB Pro) - firmer and denser than synthetic leather, with a more direct and harder impact response. This is the material used in top training camps in Thailand—not without reason, as cowhide leather lasts considerably longer than synthetic leather when properly cared for. Requires periodic treatment with a leather conditioner to prevent drying out and cracking.

For most home users, the difference in daily training is limited—both wallbags absorb the impact directly and do not give way. The difference becomes clearer with intensive daily use over a longer period, during which cowhide leather retains its shape and impact response better.

A wall bag and a hanging punching bag both train hand techniques—but they do so in fundamentally different ways and are suited to different situations.

Cowhide leather (Twins WB Pro) - wipe the wallbag with a dry cloth after each training session to remove sweat and moisture. Periodically treat the leather with a leather conditioner to prevent drying out and cracking. Dry leather loses its suppleness and may crack with intensive use. Store the wallbag away from direct sunlight and heat sources. Periodically check the steel frame and wedge anchors for stability—a loose mounting is a safety risk during intensive use.

Foam filling - both wallbags are filled with multiple layers of high-quality foam. Foam may compress after prolonged, extremely intensive use—this is normal wear and tear, not a defect. A professional-quality wallbag retains its shape considerably longer than a cheaper version.
