No swinging bag, no ceiling mounting point—the wallbag absorbs the punch directly and does not give way. This focuses on punching power and precision against a fixed target, creating a fundamentally different training experience from a hanging punching bag.

Fight2Win carries the Super Pro Lion Black (synthetic leather, 60x40 cm) and the Twins WB Pro (cowhide leather, 65x40x40 cm, 17 kg, including wedge anchors). The Twins WB Pro is Made in Thailand and is used in the top training camps and gyms in Thailand—the choice for those who want the best for home or the gym.

Due to their size and weight, both wallbags are available exclusively for pickup at our showroom in Waddinxveen. Parking is free right outside, and we are open 6 days a week.

Wallbags - Super Pro and Twins Special, for home and gym

wallbag — also known as a makiwara or wall bag — is a punching bag that is permanently mounted to the wall on a steel frame. No chain, no ceiling mounting point, no swinging bag—the wallbag absorbs the punch immediately and does not give way, creating a fundamentally different training experience from a hanging punching bag.

Fight2Win carries wallbags from two brands—the Super Pro Lion Black and the Twins WB Pro. Both are built for intensive gym-level use, both feature an industrial-quality steel frame, and both are filled with multiple layers of high-quality foam. The difference lies in the outer material and dimensions.

The Super Pro Lion Black is made of synthetic leather (60x40 cm). The Twins WB Pro is made of cowhide leather (65x40x40 cm, 17 kg) and comes with wedge bolts for mounting—the choice for those who want the very best for home or gym use.

Both wallbags are available exclusively for pickup at our showroom in Waddinxveen—due to their size and weight, they are not suitable for shipping.

Super Pro and Twins Special – two wallbags compared

From Super Pro Lion Black and Twins WB Pro are both professional-quality wallbags on a steel frame, but differ in material, dimensions, and origin.

From Super Pro Lion Black is made of Synthetic leather and measures 60x40 cm. Synthetic leather is maintenance-free and resistant to intensive use—a solid choice for the home gym or sports facility looking for a reliable wallbag without the need for extra maintenance.

From Twins WB Pro is made of cowhide leather and measures 65x40x40 cm and weighs 17 kg. Twins Special is one of the most respected brands in thai boxing— Made in Thailand, used in top training camps and gyms in Thailand. Cowhide leather offers a firmer, more direct striking response than synthetic leather and lasts longer with proper care. Supplied with wedge anchors for mounting. The choice for those who want the best for home or at the gym.

In terms of training experience, both wallbags are equivalent—the strike is absorbed immediately, the bag does not swing, and you can practice punches and angles on a fixed target. The difference lies in the material, finish, and brand identity.

Both are available exclusively via pickup at the showroom in Waddinxveen.

Synthetic leather vs. cowhide leather – what the material means for your training

The outer material of a wallbag affects its punch response, maintenance, and lifespan - three factors that become noticeable with intensive daily use.

Synthetic leather (Super Pro Lion Black) - maintenance-free and resistant to sweat and moisture without additional care. Synthetic leather has a slightly softer punch response than cowhide leather, making it somewhat more accessible for longer training sessions without the risk of hand or wrist injuries. Wipe it down with a damp cloth after use; no further maintenance is required.

Cowhide leather (Twins WB Pro) - sturdier and denser than synthetic leather, with a more direct and harder punch response. This is the material used in the top training camps in Thailand—not without reason, because with proper care, cowhide leather lasts considerably longer than synthetic leather. Requires periodic treatment with a leather conditioner to prevent drying out and cracking.

For most home users, the difference in daily training is limited—both wallbags absorb the punch immediately and do not give way. The difference becomes clearer with intensive daily use over a longer period, during which cowhide leather retains its shape and punch response better.

Wall bag or punching bag – when should you choose a wall bag?

A wallbag and a hanging punching bag both train hand techniques—but they do so in fundamentally different ways and are suited to different situations.

Choose a wallbag if:

  • You have no space or mounting point for a hanging punching bag
  • You want to train on a fixed, non-swinging targetwhich focuses on punching power and precision rather than timing with a moving bag
  • You you want to train punches and angles on a large striking surface without the bag moving away after impact
  • You are looking for a compact solution for a home gym or gym with limited space

Choose a hanging punching bag if:

  • You want to train on a a moving targetwhich trains footwork, timing, and repositioning after combinations
  • You You want to train leg techniques —a wallbag is suitable exclusively for hand techniques
  • You are looking for a You are looking for a more complete training experience that is closer to sparring

For many boxers and kickboxers, the wallbag is a supplement to the hanging punching bag—not a replacement. The wallbag is for power and precision on a fixed target; the punching bag is for timing and movement.

Wall bag maintenance

Wallbag maintenance depends on the outer material—synthetic leather requires less maintenance, while cowhide leather requires a regular routine.

Synthetic leather (Super Pro Lion Black) - wipe the wallbag after use with a slightly damp cloth to remove sweat and dirt. Allow it to dry completely before storage. No leather conditioner is needed. Periodically check the steel frame for rust, especially when used in a damp room.

Cowhide leather (Twins WB Pro) - wipe the wallbag after every training session with a dry cloth to remove sweat and moisture. Periodically treat the leather with a leather conditioner to prevent drying out and cracking. Dry leather loses its flexibility and may crack with intensive use. Store the wallbag away from direct sunlight and heat sources. Periodically check the steel frame and wedge bolts for stability—a loose mounting is a safety risk during intensive use.

Foam filling - both wallbags are filled with multiple layers of high-quality Foam. Foam may compress with extremely intensive use over a long period—this is normal wear and tear, not a defect. A professional-quality wallbag retains its shape significantly longer than a cheaper alternative.
