Hydrobags & Aquabags

A hydrobag is a punching bag filled with water instead of sand or foam. Water has a different density and compresses on impact - just like the human body. This makes the training impact more realistic and puts less strain on the hands and wrists than a hard traditional punching bag.

Due to the high weight of 55 or 85 kg the hydrobag swings much less than a traditional punching bag, making it easier to train combinations without the bag swinging too far away.

The hydrobag has a large opening with a valve that you loosen with a screwdriver. Using the included nozzle, you connect a garden hose and fill the bag to the desired weight. Add a few drops of chlorine to prevent the water from going bad.

Important: hang the hydrobag at the correct height before filling it - once filled, it is nearly impossible to lift. The included rope and ring make installation easy. Suitable for home use and gyms.

The Booster Hydrobag is available in 55 kg and 85 kg and is delivered empty - you fill it yourself on site using a garden hose. This means it can simply be ordered through the webshop and delivered to your home.
