Multifunctional. For every martial art.

Kicking shields are among the most versatile training tools in martial arts – suitable for kickboxing, thai boxing, karate, taekwondo, krav maga, MMA and self-defense training. They offer more cushioning and protection than punching mitts, can withstand more powerful impact and have a much larger striking surface – making them particularly suitable for group training and intensive full-power sessions.

Fight2Win carries flat models for maximum versatility, curved models for a more natural arc of movement when practicing round kicks and crosses, and an angled model for training uppercuts and elbows. Super Pro is available in size M (60x30x15 cm) and L (75x35x15 cm) – all other models are available in one size.

All the shields in our range have a comfortable weight and ideal firmness – not too light and not too heavy, not too soft and not too hard. The Booster CKS Pro is somewhat firmer and more suitable for advanced fighters who want to go all out

Kicking shields from Fight2Win – Super Pro, Booster, and Everlast for home and gym

Fight2Win carries kicking shields from Super ProBooster and Everlast - a carefully curated range of brands that have proven their quality in professional gyms and training camps worldwide.

All kicking shields in our range have been selected for a comfortable weight and ideal firmness - neither too light nor too heavy, neither too soft nor too hard. This makes them suitable for a wide audience: from beginners and children to advanced fighters and professional trainers. The Booster CKS Pro is somewhat harder and more suitable for experienced fighters who want to go all out.

The range includes flat and curved models, in sizes M and L, made of Bisonyl, Skintex, and synthetic leather. All models have multiple handles on the back for a secure grip in various positions.

Kicking shields are multifunctional—suitable for kickboxing, thai boxing, karate, taekwondo, krav maga, MMA, and self-defense training. An essential training tool for every gym and home gym.

Flat, curved, or angled—which kicking shield model is right for your training?

Fight2Win offers kicking shields in three shapes—each with its own training focus.

The flat model (Super Pro Black/Red, Booster CKS/CKS Pro, Everlast Titan) is the most versatile format. Suitable for all basic techniques—front kicks, round kicks, low kicks, punches, knees, and elbows. The flat shape provides a large, uniform striking surface, making the shield accessible to all skill levels.

The curved model (Super Pro Curved Black/Red) has a slight natural curve that makes it more comfortable to kick the center of the shield. The curve follows the natural movement arc of a round kick or cross, benefiting technique. Personal preference plays a role—in training experience, flat and curved models are largely equivalent.

The angled model (Super Pro Black with angle) has an angled shape at the top, making specific techniques such as uppercuts especially comfortable to practice. The choice for trainers who also want to incorporate uppercuts and upward elbows into training.

Bisonyl, Skintex and synthetic leather – the outer material of a kicking shield

The kicking shields in the Fight2Win range are made from three different outer materials—each with its own characteristics.

Bisonyl (Super Pro, Booster CKS)—a particularly durable and moisture-resistant material that can withstand intensive use without wearing out quickly. Bisonyl is the most commonly used material in professional kicking shields—it withstands sweat, moisture, and the impact of hard kicks and punches. Low-maintenance and durable.

Skintex (Booster CKS Pro)—a high-quality synthetic material with a slightly softer feel than Bisonyl, but comparable durability. Skintex is used in the more rigid Booster CKS Pro, which is better suited to advanced fighters.

Synthetic leather (Everlast Titan)—robust and durable, with a premium appearance. The Everlast Titan is specifically designed for maximum shock absorption and an ergonomic design, making it suitable for intensive training at all levels.

In everyday training, the three materials are equivalent—the difference lies in their feel, appearance, and the specific properties of each brand.

Size M or L – and what the weight of a kicking shield means

Most kicking shields in the Fight2Win range are available in one size (L), but Super Pro also offers a size M .

Size M (60x30x15 cm) - more compact and lighter, easy to take to training sessions, seminars, and courses. Suitable for children and as an extra pad for trainers who want flexibility. Due to its smaller size, it is slightly less versatile than the L, but fully sufficient for most basic techniques.

Size L (75x35x15 cm or comparable) - the standard size for professional use. Large enough for virtually all techniques - from front kicks to high kicks, from crosses to knee strikes. It covers almost the user's entire body, making the pad suitable for group training involving multiple practitioners.

About weight - this is not necessarily a matter of build quality. You don't want kicking shields that are too light, but you also don't want them to be excessively heavy - so everyone can hold them properly and comfortably, even during longer training sessions. All pads in our range have been deliberately selected for a comfortable weight that is suitable for most trainers and athletes.

Kicking shields for all martial arts – kickboxing, thai boxing, karate and more

A kicking shield is one of the most versatile training tools in martial arts—suitable for virtually any discipline involving kicking, pushing, knee strikes, or punching.

Kickboxing and thai boxing - the kicking shield is the central training tool for practicing roundhouse kicks, low kicks, knee strikes, and elbow strikes at full power. The trainer holds the shield while the athlete performs their techniques, creating a realistic and safe training experience.

Karate and taekwondo - for practicing front kicks, high kicks, and combinations against a large and stable target surface.

Krav Maga and self-defense - kicking shields are a popular training tool in self-defense courses and personal safety training, where full-power practice and realistic impact are central.

Group training - kicking shields provide more cushioning and protection than punching mitts, making them particularly suitable for group training involving multiple practitioners. Everyone from young to old, at every level, benefits from training with a sturdy kicking shield.

Maintenance of kicking shields - Bisonyl and synthetic leather are easy to maintain

Kicking shields made of Bisonyl, Skintex, and synthetic leather are all low-maintenance - a major advantage over leather training equipment.

After each training session - wipe the pad with a slightly damp cloth to remove sweat and dirt. Allow it to dry completely before storing. Bisonyl and synthetic leather are moisture-resistant—sweat does not damage the material under normal use, but prolonged contact with moisture can eventually affect the seams and padding.

Storage - store the kicking shield in a dry place, away from direct sunlight. Prolonged exposure to UV light can cause the outer material to fade and weaken. Do not hang the pad in an unheated garage or damp storage room.

Handles and seams - periodically check the handles and seams for wear. The handles are the most heavily stressed part of a kicking shield—a handle coming loose poses a safety risk during training. At the first signs of wear on the seams or handles, replacement is recommended.

Padding - the foam padding may compress under extremely intensive use over a long period. This is normal wear and tear. A professional-quality kicking shield retains its shape and cushioning properties considerably longer than a cheaper alternative.
