XPRT handwraps - designed in the Netherlands, made for every workout

XPRT Fight Gear is a Dutch brand that designs its handwraps with one goal: maximum protection with minimal complexity. No unnecessary frills, just the right materials, the right sizes, and a color palette broader than anywhere else.

XPRT handwraps are available in polycotton and nylon, in lengths from 250 cm to 450 cm, and in dozens of colors—from classic black to neon green and Thailand print. For beginners, advanced athletes, children, and adults.

Fight2Win is XPRT's trusted partner in the Netherlands and supplies the complete handwrap range directly from stock. Shipped from our warehouse within 1 business day.

Easy Stretch, Premium LX, Non Stretch and Nations – choosing the right XPRT model

XPRT offers four different handwrap models, each with its own character and purpose.

Easy Stretch is the basic model and by far the best-selling XPRT handwrap. Made from polycotton, it has a slight stretch and is available in two sizes: 250 cm for children and smaller hands, and 450 cm as the standard size for adults. Available in the widest range of colors in the collection.

Premium LX is the premium option in the XPRT range. Made from nylon, it is slightly tighter and sturdier than the Easy Stretch. Available in 450 cm and exclusively in black. The choice for those who want a tighter, more premium feel around the hand.

Non Stretch is XPRT's traditional cotton handwrap. No elasticity, maximum control over the wrapping. Suitable for advanced boxers who want to determine precisely how tight each layer is. Available in 450 cm.

Nations is the most festive option—polycotton Easy Stretch with national flag prints. Available in Thailand, Belgium, Poland, the Netherlands, and Italy. Popular as a gift and among boxers who carry their roots into the ring.

The right XPRT handwrap size for your hands – 250 cm or 450 cm

XPRT handwraps are available in two sizes: 250 cm and 450 cm. The choice depends on the size of your hands and how much protection you want to build up.

250 cm is the right choice for children and women with smaller hands. Enough for a basic wrap around the knuckles and wrist, while remaining compact inside the glove. Available in the Easy Stretch line in a wide range of colors.

450 cm is the standard size for adult men and women. Enough length for a full wrap around the knuckles, metacarpals, wrist, and thumb. This is the size used for the Easy Stretch, Premium LX, Non Stretch, Nations, and Black Dragon.

When in doubt, always choose the 450 cm size. A handwrap that is slightly too long can always be wrapped extra around the wrist. A handwrap that is too short does not provide sufficient protection during intensive training.

Dozens of colors, flag prints, and special editions – the XPRT color palette

XPRT offers the widest color palette of all the hand wrap brands in our range. From classic colors to eye-catching prints—there is a suitable wrap for every taste and outfit.

The Easy Stretch 450 cm is available in black, white, red, burgundy, orange, pink, purple, neon green, dark green, sky blue, ocean, and blue. The Easy Stretch 250 cm follows the same palette, supplemented with a Thailand print and an ocean variant.

The Nations Edition brings national pride into the ring. Available in the flag colors of Thailand, Belgium, Poland, the Netherlands, and Italy—popular as a gift and with boxers who want to show off their heritage.

The Black Dragon is a special black-and-white edition with a graphic design. Available exclusively in 450 cm for those who want to stand out without compromising on quality.

The Premium LX and Non Stretch are deliberately available in a single color—black and white, respectively. Functional, sleek, and distraction-free.

XPRT handwraps for boxing, kickboxing, thai boxing, MMA and cardio boxing

The complete XPRT handwrap range is suitable for all combat sports where gloves are worn. From the first cardio boxing class to intensive kickboxing training—there is always a suitable model.

For boxing and cardio boxing the Easy Stretch 450 cm is the most popular choice. Slightly elastic, comfortable, and available in enough colors to match any training outfit. The 250 cm version is ideal for children and beginners learning how to wrap for the first time.

For kickboxing and thai boxing the Easy Stretch performs excellently as a daily training handwrap. Those who want more support can choose the Premium LX—tighter around the wrist and made from a sturdier material.

For MMA the Easy Stretch’s slim profile is an advantage. Compact enough for MMA gloves, with sufficient protection for sparring and padwork.

The Non Stretch is the choice for boxers accustomed to traditional cotton handwraps who want to maintain maximum control over the wrapping—regardless of the sport.

XPRT handwraps wassen en onderhouden - zo blijven ze vele trainingen fris

XPRT handwraps are made for intensive use and regular washing. The polycotton and nylon material can withstand frequent washing without significant loss of stretch or colour

Wash your handwraps after every training session, or at least regularly. Use a laundry bag to prevent the wraps from tangling with each other or wrapping around other clothes during washing.

Set the washing machine to 30°C and a low spin speed. Fasten the hook-and-loop closure before washing—this prevents it from catching on and damaging other materials.

Never tumble-dry. Hang the handwraps up to dry at room temperature. Heat damages the elasticity of the polycotton and shortens its lifespan in the long term.

After drying, rolling them up and storing them prevents creasing. Wash them before first use as well—this immediately makes the material softer and more comfortable.

Frequently asked questions — XPRT handwraps

What is the background of the XPRT brand?

The story of XPRT Fight Gear begins in 2005. An enthusiastic martial artist and entrepreneur has been dreaming for years of a shop full of the finest fighting gear, available and accessible to everyone.

Through personal experiences in the form of training camps, seminars, competitions, and research, he gained a clear vision of how to offer martial arts, combat sports, and martial arts equipment to a broader audience in the new millennium.

With extensive experience in Thai boxing, boxing, karate, and especially ITF Taekwon-do, Fight2Win takes its first steps toward a complete product range. Initially, this consisted exclusively of ITF Taekwon-do uniforms and safety equipment under the Taekwon-do.nl brand and website.

Then came the slogan: Fight2WinAnd eventually, with the help of other martial artists and graphic designers, a logo and name emerged for a groundbreaking and affordable martial arts brand: XPRT Fight Gear!

What is polycotton?

Polycotton is a fabric made from a blend of cotton and polyester fibers. The ratio of fibers can vary, but 80% polyester and 20% cotton are often used for handwraps. For our karate and taekwon-do uniforms, the ratio is usually 65% polyester and 35% cotton.

Polycotton combines the benefits of both materials: the breathability of cotton and the durability and quick-drying properties of polyester.

Why is polycotton used?

  • More durable: polyester makes the fabric stronger and more resistant to wear than pure cotton.
  • Wrinkle-resistant: polycotton is much less prone to wrinkling than 100% cotton. This is especially useful for martial arts uniforms, as they require less ironing.
  • Quick-drying: polyester fibers dry faster than cotton, which is useful for sportswear and sports equipment.
  • Economical: polycotton is cheaper than 100% cotton.
  • Versatile: polycotton is suitable for various applications, such as clothing and handwraps.
  • More elastic: handwraps are more comfortable with a little stretch. 100% cotton has no stretch at all.

What is the background of the XPRT brand?

Are these handwraps stretchy?

Yes.

Almost all the handwraps in our range are (slightly) stretchy. This is necessary to wrap the handwraps properly around your hands.

We have several non-stretch handwraps in our range. They are really only suitable for highly experienced (kick)boxers or are applied by a specialist.

100% cotton handwraps generally have virtually no stretch, which is why almost all “regular” handwraps are a polyester-cotton, nylon-cotton, or polyviscose blend.

What is the best way to wash boxing handwraps?

You can best wash handwraps by placing them in a laundry bag or bra bag and washing them in the washing machine at 30°C or lower. Hand-washing is actually even better.

It is important to fasten the hook-and-loop closure before washing to prevent it from catching on other clothes or the handwraps themselves. After washing, let the handwraps air-dry naturally. Do not put them in the dryer, as they may shrink and crease unnecessarily.

  • Partially roll up the handwraps and place them in a laundry bag or bra bag.
  • Wash the handwraps in the washing machine at a maximum of 30°C or hand-wash them.
  • Let the handwraps air-dry, preferably hung up at full length.
  • Do not put the handwraps in the dryer.

Extra tips:

  • Wash the handwraps regularly (after every training session) to keep them hygienically clean and fresh.
  • You can use a mild detergent if desired, but rinse the handwraps thoroughly to prevent soap residue.
  • Let the handwraps dry completely after washing before using them again.

Why do you use handwraps?

When boxing and kickboxing, training on the punching bag or with kicking and punching shields, your hands and wrists endure a lot.

Inner gloves and handwraps provide extra protection for your hands, knuckles, and wrists.

As an added benefit, they help extend the lifespan of your boxing gloves by absorbing sweat.

You can find much more information about this in the handwraps collection.

What is the difference between the XPRT Easy Stretch and the XPRT Premium LX?
