Yes, we have a minimum order amount.

  • €35 for private individuals
  • €250,- for B2B

Of course, you are always welcome to place an order in our physical store for any amount.

Do I have to pay shipping costs?

Whether you have to pay shipping costs depends on the size of your order. Below is an overview.

  • Shipping costs within the Netherlands: €4.95 (and free from €99)
  • Shipping costs outside the Netherlands: €6.95 (and free from €99)
  • Shipping costs B2B flat fee Netherlands: € 10.00
  • Shipping costs surcharge for heavy/large items: € 50.00

When will I receive my order?

If you place an order with us on weekdays, it will be shipped within one working day . Please note that no packages are processed during the weekend , they are processed on Monday. If your order is processed, you will immediately receive an email with the track & trace code.

Of course we do everything we can to fulfill the promised shipping day. If that is not possible, we will inform you by e-mail or telephone.

Which delivery options can I choose?

We ship all orders via DPD and PostNL. Most orders are shipped via parcel post. In that case, you will automatically receive a track-and-trace code to track your order. After this, emails with time slots from the shipping company will follow (also pay attention to your spam email inbox) .

Typically you have 3 shipping methods to choose from:

  • To an address (default)
  • To a service point
  • Pick up in store

Can I change an order that I have already placed?

No. To protect your data, an order can no longer be changed. If your order has not yet been shipped by us, you can cancel it.

What can I do if I placed an incorrect order?

If your order has not yet been shipped by us, you can cancel it and then place a new order. If your order has already been shipped, you can return it to us.

If you think that your problem can easily be solved by telephone, you can always give us a call: 010 - 226 38 68. In that case, we cannot guarantee that we can solve it for you immediately.

How quickly will I be refunded once I have cancelled my order?

Once your return has been processed (usually within 7 business days) your money will be refunded immediately. In most cases it will be back in your account within 3 business days.
