Frequently Asked Questions — Care

How do you use cooling spray, and when?

Cooling spray, such as Cryos Spray, is a first-aid product for minor injuries such as sprains, strains, and bruises. It rapidly cools the affected area, helping to reduce pain and inflammation.

For effective use, shake the aerosol can well before use and spray the affected area from a distance of approximately 20 cm.

Spray for a few seconds until a fine powder or white layer appears on the skin, then stop to prevent overuse and possible frostbite. Repeat if necessary, but avoid excessive spraying.

Important considerations:

  • Avoid sensitive areas: Do not spray near the eyes, mouth, or other sensitive areas.
  • Avoid damaged or irritated skin: Do not apply to open wounds or irritated skin.
  • Beware of frostbite: Excessive use can cause frostbite. Stop spraying if the skin turns white and numb.
  • Consult a doctor: Consult a doctor if the symptoms persist or worsen
When do you use a cold pack?

A cold pack is used for cooling, primarily for acute sports injuries such as sprains, bruises, strains, and swelling. It helps reduce pain and swelling by constricting the blood vessels and numbing the nerves.

When is the best time to use a cold pack?

  • For acute injuries: sprains, bruises, strains, strains, dislocations, and hematomas.
  • To reduce swelling: cooling helps constrict the blood vessels, thereby reducing swelling.
  • Pain relief: cooling the skin can numb the nerves, reducing pain.
  • During sports injuries and rehabilitation: cooling is an effective method for reducing muscle soreness, stiffness, and swelling after an injury or intense training.

How do you use a cold pack?

  • Cool the cold pack: Place the cold pack in the freezer or freezer compartment of the refrigerator.
  • Protect the skin: Wrap the cold pack in a thin cloth or towel to prevent direct contact with the skin and avoid frostbite.
  • Apply it to the injury: Place the cold pack on the painful or swollen area.
  • Cold therapy: Preferably use the cold pack for 15–20 minutes at a time, with breaks to allow the skin to recover.

Important: Always consult a doctor or physiotherapist for serious injuries.

How do you use the Pure2Improve massage balls?

Place the ball on a trigger point or tense muscle area and apply pressure using your body weight or hand. The acupressure effect helps release muscle tension. Start with the soft yellow ball and gradually increase the intensity by switching to the red or black ball as your muscles become accustomed to the treatment.

Do antibacterial sprays really work?

Yes!

One spray of Sukkiri or FreshKO spray is enough for a fresh scent. FreshKO has been one of our best-selling products for years. The reason? Very simple: it works really well! Sukkiri cans work at least as well and our customers are very happy with them too!

People regularly come back for a new can because they liked it so much. They really do keep boxing gloves fresh. When we ask our customers, we often hear that they can easily get 6 to 9 months out of a single can. One spray really is enough because of the high concentration of this excellent product.

Combined with a deodorizer from No-Stink, Hayabusa, or Rival, you get the very best result for keeping your boxing gloves in top condition!
