This Punching Bag Wall Support Victory Sports Foldable Heavy is incredibly strong. The support is specially made for heavy, hanging punching bags. This punching bag support is also foldable so that the punching bag can always be hung to the side. You can easily hang a punching bag up to 180 cm on it.

This depends on your own height and the length of the punching bag. You can calculate this as follows:
- The top of the punching bag should hang 10 cm above your own height.
- 30cm confirmation chain is included
So own length + 10 cm + 30 cm. This is the ideal height, you can always vary this if desired.
