Cardio Boxing

Cardio Boxing is a combination of boxing techniques, endurance, and strength. This combination ensures that you train your entire body and can burn up to 1000 calories per session. We will teach you boxing techniques, work hard on your fitness, and motivate you to push your own limits.

During Cardio Boxing, physical contact (sparren) is avoided. The boxing techniques are only practiced on boxing gloves or punching bags. Cardio Boxing is for everyone. Both men and women, and both beginners and advanced athletes. Each at their own level.

In short: sweat, push yourself, persevere, and most of all, have fun!
