Cardio Boxing is a combination of boxing techniques, endurance and strength. This combination ensures that you train the entire body and can burn up to 1000 calories per class. We will teach you boxing techniques, work hard on your fitness and motivate you to push your own limits.
During Cardio Boxing, physical contact (sparring) is avoided. The boxing techniques are only practiced on boxing gloves or punching bags. Cardio Boxing is for everyone. For both men and women and for both novice and advanced athletes. Everyone at his or her own level.
