Cardio Boxing is a combination of boxing techniques , endurance and strength. This combination ensures that you train the entire body and can burn up to 1000 calories per lesson. We will teach you boxing techniques, work hard on your condition and motivate you to push your own boundaries.

During Cardio Boxing, physical contact (sparring) is avoided. The boxing techniques are only practiced on boxing gloves or punching bags. Cardio Boxing is for everyone. Both men and women and both beginners and advanced athletes. Everyone at his or her own level.
