The Bytomic Basic Bitje is available in various colors. The mouthguard must be pre-shaped to your jaw the first time before use. You do this by placing the Bytomic mouthguard in a pan of hot water and then putting it in your mouth. Make sure you don't do this too quickly as you might burn your mouth!

You boil water in a saucepan, remove it from the heat for 20 seconds. Then place the mouthguard in the water for a short time until it softens. After this, place it over the top row of teeth of your mouth and bite it gently with your lower jaw. Use your fingers to press against the gums so that the shape becomes correct.
