From Twins Special AG Thai ankle guards are lightweight, elastic ankle socks made from high-quality polyester—an authentic Thai model with a compression effect to support the ankles and metatarsal bones.

Available in black, blue, red and green, in M and L. Washable at 30°C.

Ankle guards provide compression which keeps the ankle joint warm and reduces the risk of injuries. They provide extra reinforcement for the ankle joint and prevent slipping during training.

For kickboxing and Muay Thai, the use of ankle guards is highly recommended—they also make landing a kick feel less sharp.
