Combat series – the latest Booster children’s model with a striking lightning design
The Combat series is Booster's newest children's model—available in black, black-gold and black-red. The striking design with lightning bolts and the iconic Booster logo ensures that young athletes stand out in the gym. Suitable for boys and girls approximately 5 to 11 years old.

6 oz, 8 oz or 10 oz – choosing the right weight for kids boxing gloves
Kids boxing gloves from Booster are available in 6 oz, 8 oz and 10 oz (depending on the model). The weight determines the size and amount of padding:
- 6 oz - for the youngest children (approx. 5–7 years old) with small hands
- 8 oz - the most popular size for children aged approximately 7–10
- 10 oz - for older children (approx. 10–12 years old) or children with larger hands

All Booster kids boxing gloves have a thumb protector that stabilizes the thumb on impact—one of the most common injuries among children boxing for the first time. The multi-layer padding provides maximum shock absorption with every punch and block, ensuring the child’s knuckles and hands are optimally protected.
The extended wrist section provides extra support for the wrist joints—especially important for children who are still growing and whose joints are not yet fully developed. The strong hook-and-loop closure keeps the glove firmly in place during intensive training.
Antibacterial inner lining and Air Flow Solution – hygiene during intensive use
The Marble series has a lining treated with an antibacterial agent that prevents the development of odors—especially important for children who train several times a week. The Air Flow Solution —sturdy mesh on the inside—provides extra ventilation, allowing sweat to evaporate faster and the glove to dry more quickly after training.
Additional use of inner gloves or gel wraps is recommended for maximum hygiene and a longer lifespan of the gloves. Regularly airing them out after training significantly prolongs their freshness.

Frequently asked questions — Booster boxing gloves for kids
What is the best way to maintain my Booster boxing gloves?
Boxing gloves have a limited lifespan. After all, they are used for hitting, and boxing gloves often endure a lot of wear and tear.
Of course, you can influence their lifespan yourself by handling them carefully and boxing gloves properly care for them. Don't throw them in a corner; take them out of your sports bag and let them dry properly (not in direct sunlight).
Boxing gloves that fit well are certainly safe for children. Of course, several important factors are involved: the length and width of the hand compartment and the wrist closure. If these fit properly without being too tight, they are safe to use.
Do not buy kids boxing gloves that are too large either, because too much room means shifting, which is not good.
Children usually trainwith boxing gloves of 6 oz, 8 oz, or 10 oz. Very occasionally, for really small children, there are even 2 oz or 4 oz gloves.
The following are general guidelines. With every brand and model
Choosing by age:
up to 3–4 years - 2 oz
up to 4–5 years - 4 oz
up to 6–8 years - 6 oz
up to 9–11 years - 8 oz
from 12 years - 10 oz
Choosing by body weight
up to 35 kg - 6 oz
35–45 kg - 8 oz
45–55 kg - 10 oz

The rule of thumb is: “the heavier the child in question, the heavier the glove should be”. A heavier boxing glove generally has more padding (filling) and is therefore safer for the hands and the training partner. Trainers generally also prefer you to have heavier boxing gloves rather than lighter ones.
Wearing inner gloves is recommended for small children who sweat a lot. The sweat is absorbed by the inner gloves, which you can then wash. This keeps the gloves fresh for longer.
For older children, we recommend wearing handwraps. These provide more support and protection. The trainer should decide what is best.
