Rival boxing trunks can be machine-washed, but it is best to turn them inside out first. It is also best to wash them at a low temperature. You can optionally put them in a laundry bag to protect them. Hand washing is of course still the safest option.

Washing instructions:
Always check the washing instructions on the label of the trunks first. Some trousers may require a specific washing temperature or cycle. 

Inside out:
Turn the boxing trunk inside out to protect the outer surface and prints during washing.

Washing machine:
Choose a delicate cycle or a low-temperature wash cycle, such as 30°C or 40°C. Avoid hot water, as it can damage the fabric. 

Laundry bag:
Use a laundry bag for delicate clothing to protect the boxing trunk from the movement of the washing machine, especially if the trunks have hook-and-loop fasteners. 

Drying:
Simply let the trunks air-dry normally. Do not use a dryer, as the heat can damage the fabric and change the fit. 

Additional tips:
It is best to wash the kickboxing shorts separately or with similar colors to prevent fading and color bleeding.
