The Booster DT4 offers extensive adjustment options for every type of training. Round time can be set from 1 to 9 minutes. Number of rounds from 1 to 9, or continuous. Rest time from 10 to 90 seconds (in 5-second increments). Interval beep from 0 to 60 seconds for an intermediate warning signal.

Setting it is easy: press and hold the relevant button, the value will flash, then adjust it using the up and down buttons. Pausing is always possible during training.

During group training and sparring sessions a boxing timer is indispensable. Set the desired number of rounds and rest periods and focus fully on the training—without having to look at a stopwatch.
