Wash your handwraps after every training session, or at least regularly. Use a laundry bag to prevent the wraps from tangling with each other or wrapping around other clothing during washing.

Set the washing machine to 30°C and a low spin speed. Fasten the hook-and-loop closure before washing - this prevents it from catching on and damaging other materials.

Never tumble dry. Hang the handwraps up to dry at room temperature. Heat damages the elastane fibers and reduces stretch in the long term.

After drying, rolling them up and storing them prevents creasing. Also wash them before first use - the material becomes softer and more comfortable after the first wash.
