Boxing gloves are generally unisex - the difference lies in color, weight, and sometimes fit. Most brands do not make a separate women's glove, but due to the growing popularity of boxing and kickboxing among women, more and more models are designed specifically for women.

90% of women choose 12 oz - the most versatile size for training and light sparring. Are you somewhat smaller or lighter? Then 10 oz is a good choice. Do you want to train harder or are you larger?
