All Rival punching mitts are available in one size—but the fit varies by model:

• RPM7 has a universal fit with an adjustable hook-and-loop closure, suitable for almost any hand size.
• RPM1, RPM5, RAPM Pro and RPM3 feature an ergonomic hand compartment with a grip ball or grip bar for a firm, controlled grip.
• RPM100 is the only model shaped separately for the left and right hand—for the most anatomically accurate fit and optimal mitt positioning with every punch.

If you train frequently and intensively, the RPM100 or RPM3 is the best choice thanks to its superior wrist support and shock absorption.

• Do not store them compressed—lay them flat or hang them up so the foam padding retains its shape
• Do not use harsh cleaning products—the patented microfiber PU is durable but sensitive to strong chemicals
