Punching bags, speedballs and double end balls – the complete range at Fight2Win

Fight2Win offers one of the widest ranges of punching bags, speedballs, and double end balls in the Netherlands—from traditional hanging punching bags and hydrobags, through wallbags and freestanding boxing bags, to speedballs and double end balls. Everything for the boxer, kickboxer, Muay Thai boxer, and MMA fighter who trains seriously.

The range includes products from Rival, Winning, Cleto Reyes, Super Pro, Twins Special, Booster and Victory Sports—each brand with its own character and target audience.

All speedballs, double end balls, and mounting materials are shipped directly from our warehouse in the Netherlands.

Punching bags, freestanding boxing bags, and wallbags (due to their weight) are only available for pickup at our showroom in Waddinxveen—they cannot be shipped.

Punching bags in all sizes—from 100 cm to 180 cm, filled and unfilled

A punching bag is the most fundamental training tool for boxers, kickboxers and Muay Thai boxers. Fight2Win almost always has punching bags measuring 100 cm, 120 cm, 150 cm and 180 cm in stock in the showroom – filled and unfilled, depending on the model.

The right punching bag size depends on your height, sport and training goal. As a rule of thumb, a punching bag measuring 120 cm is suitable for most adult boxers and kickboxers. A 150 cm bag offers more room for kicks and knee strikes – the choice for Muay Thai boxers and kickboxers. A 180 cm bag hangs almost to the floor and is suitable for full-body training, including low kicks.

In addition to traditional hanging punching bags, Fight2Win also carries hydrobags and aquabags (filled with water for a more realistic striking feel), wallbags (for wall mounting) and freestanding boxing bags (freestanding, with no ceiling installation required).

Please note: punching bags, freestanding boxing bags and wallbags can only be collected from our showroom in Waddinxveen. They cannot be shipped.

Speed bags and double end balls – train speed, timing, and reflexes

In addition to punching bags, Fight2Win offers an extensive range of speedballs and double end balls—two classic training tools that each target a different aspect of boxing training.

speedball is attached to a platform or board and trains speed, rhythm, timing, and shoulder strength. The smaller the ball, the more advanced the technique required. Fight2Win offers speedballs from Rival, Super Pro and Cleto Reyes —from affordable entry-level models to handmade leather speedballs from Mexico.

double end ball hangs between two elastic cords and moves in all directions after impact—ideal for training precision, reaction speed, and hand-eye coordination. Fight2Win offers double end balls from Rival, Winning, Super Pro and Cleto Reyes —from simple PU models to premium leather balls from Winning Japan.

Both types are available for immediate delivery from our warehouse in the Netherlands and are shipped within 1 business day.

Wallbags, freestanding boxing bags and hydrobags – alternatives to the hanging punching bag

Not everyone has the space or ability to hang a punching bag. Fight2Win offers three alternatives, each providing a unique training experience.

wallbag is a punching bag that attaches to the wall—no ceiling mounting required and minimal space needed. Fight2Win offers wallbags from Super Pro and Twins Special - the Twins WB Pro is the choice you’ll find at almost every professional Muay Thai gym in Thailand. Heavy, durable, and built for intensive use.

freestanding boxing bag stands on the floor and requires no wall or ceiling mounting—ideal for home use. Fight2Win offers freestanding boxing bags from Super Pro and Booster, and a Victory Sports boxing dummy for full-body training.

hydrobag or aquabag is filled with water instead of textile—providing a softer, more realistic striking experience, similar to hitting a human body. The Booster hydrobag is available in 55 kg and 85 kg.

Please note: wallbags and freestanding boxing bags can only be collected from our showroom in Waddinxveen. They cannot be shipped.

Mounting materials – everything you need to hang a punching bag or speed bag correctly

Hanging a punching bag or speedball requires the right mounting material. Fight2Win offers a complete range from Victory Sports and Super Pro—from simple hooks and chains to sturdy wall mounts and speedball boards.

For hanging a punching bag there are three options. A ceiling hook is the simplest solution—attached directly to the ceiling, with a load capacity of up to 70 kg. A wall mount positions the punching bag 55 to 75 cm away from the wall and is suitable for bags up to 70 kg. The fold-away Heavy wall mount is the most robust option—with a load capacity of up to 100 kg—and folds away to create more space when not training. A punching bag spring reduces noise and limits the bag's range of movement.

For hanging a For the speedball Fight2Win offers the adjustable speedball board from Victory Sports —65 cm in diameter, height-adjustable, and including a universal swivel. The Super Pro metal swivel

is suitable for virtually any type of speedball. For attaching a double-end ball Rival Fight2Win offers bases from Everlast and

—both can be filled with water for a stable base, without drilling or wall mounting. The Rival Anchor is suitable for bags up to 30 kg, while the Everlast Anchor is suitable for up to 20 kg. A swivel

allows a punching bag or speedball to rotate without the chain twisting—extending the lifespan of both the bag and the chain. All mounting materials are available for immediate delivery (provided they are in stock; see the product status) and will be.

Frequently asked questions — Punching bags & speedballs

Can I order a punching bag online and have it delivered?

Large and heavy punching bags can only be collected from our showroom in Waddinxveen. Smaller accessories such as double-end balls and mounting hardware can be ordered online. Check the product page for the specific delivery options

What is the difference between a punching bag, speedball, and double-end ball?

A punching bag is used to train punching power, combinations, and fitness. A speedball trains your reaction time, speed, and hand-eye coordination. A double-end ball is suspended between two elastic cords and moves unpredictably, making it ideal for training precision, timing, and defensive skills.

What size punching bag do I need?

If you want to box and kick, choose 150 cm or 180 cm — these hang at the right height for both low and high kicks. If you only want to punch and box, 120 cm is also sufficient.

Can a punching bag withstand rain?

No, not really.

But even without rain, it’s humid outside.

The chains may start to rust over time, and moisture can cause mold to develop in the filling.

You can use a punching bag outdoors, but preferably under a canopy, and cover it after use, for example with large rubble bags. Even better, bring it indoors after use and store it in a dry, well-ventilated space.

Can I leave a punching bag hanging outside?

No.

Leaving your punching bag hanging outside is not good for it. Direct sunlight, heat, and rain can damage your punching bag. Moisture can also cause mold to grow in the filling and make the chains rust.

You can risk it, but preferably keep it under a canopy and, for example, cover it with large rubble bags after use.
