Thai boxing

Muay Thai – also known as thai boxing – is the most complete stand-up martial art in the world. Fists, elbows, knees, and shins: all 8 limbs are used. Fight2Win has more than 40 years of martial arts experience and stocks everything for Muay Thai from the best brands – with Twins Special as the authentic Thai top icon and XPRT Fight Gear, Rival, Hayabusa and Cleto Reyes as accessories for every skill level and budget.

Everything is available directly from stock in Waddinxveen — for beginners, advanced athletes, and children.

For thai boxing, you need at least: boxing gloves, handwraps, shin guards, a groinguard and a mouthguard. For sparring, add a headgear to that.

What distinguishes thai boxing from kickboxing: elbows and knees are actively used, and the clinch is an essential part of the sport. Gloves with extra palm padding — such as the Twins BGN V2 — are therefore the most popular choice among thai boxers: they offer better protection when catching knees and elbows from the clinch.
