Returns portal

Can I return my items?

You can take your time to think about your online purchase. If you're not completely satisfied with your online order, you can return it to us within 30 days, provided you haven't used the product. The product must be returned to us within 30 days, so don't wait until the last minute to return it.

When returning items, make sure the item is in its original packaging with the labels still attached.

Once we receive your returned item, we will refund the full order amount to your account. However, you will pay the return shipping costs yourself, so we will retain these.

Upon arrival at our warehouse, we inspect all returns. If we determine that a product has been used/damaged/washed, has missing labels, and/or has no packaging, we will not accept the return. We will ship the return at the customer's expense, as the customer is responsible for the deductible for damaged returns.

Heavier products such as wall brackets, wall mounts, and aqua bags can only be returned in-store. Some products are excluded from returns. These are personal and hygiene items.

Right of Withdrawal (EU Consumer Rights Directive)

If you are a consumer residing in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period expires 14 days from the day you receive your order.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision by contacting us at team@fight2win.nl or in writing to: Fight2Win, Steur 5, 2742 ZW Waddinxveen, Nederland.

Once you have notified us of your withdrawal, you must return the goods within 14 days. Return shipping costs are at your expense. We will process your refund within 7 business days of receiving the returned goods.

Exceptions to the right of withdrawal

The right of withdrawal does not apply to:

  • Sealed goods which are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons and were unsealed after delivery. This includes mouthguards, bandages, gel wraps, and knee protectors.
  • Goods made to your specifications or clearly personalised.


These items cannot be returned:

  • Mouthguards
  • Handwraps / inner gloves
  • Gel wraps
  • Groin protectors
  • Exclusive Winning & Grant products - these are sold exclusively under physical store terms and conditions (no Distance Selling Act or cooling-off period).

Do I have to pay shipping costs for returns?

Yes. You pay the return costs yourself. You can send the package to us free of charge through our returns portal, but we will deduct these return costs when we refund you. Below is an overview of the return costs.

  • Return costs within the Netherlands: €6.95
  • Return costs Belgium: €9.95
  • Return costs EU: you have to select your own courier
  • Return costs in-store: free

Note:

If the remaining value of your order falls below the 'free shipping' threshold after returning items, we will also deduct the original shipping costs.

If we receive your return but cannot accept it because it doesn't meet our guidelines, we can return the order to you. In that case, you will be responsible for the return costs and (again) shipping costs.

Can I exchange my items?

We don't exchange items, but you can, of course, return your online order. You can then order the new product immediately, which will also be delivered faster.

How can I return my items?

We appreciate a heads-up beforehand so we can ensure quick processing and refunds. That's why every online return starts through our returns portal.

The returns portal is self-explanatory and asks you to enter your postal code and your track and trace number (which you received from us earlier).

Tips for online store returns

Keep your proof of shipment. This allows us to trace your shipment in case something goes wrong.

Make sure the product is completely unused. We do not accept returns of used products. Make sure all products are neatly in their original packaging with the tags still attached.
Returning multiple items? Everything can simply be placed in the same box.
You can also simply drop off your webshop order at our store.

Can I have my return picked up?

No. We currently do not offer this service.

Is your personal information no longer present on/in the box? Then make sure you include a note with your personal information and/or order number. Otherwise, we won't know who the package is from.

Can I still cancel my return?

Absolutely. You can always change your mind. However, you must cancel your return request via the returns portal (otherwise we will continue to wait for your package).

How do I know if you've received my return?

Once we receive your return, we'll review it and process it. You'll receive an email confirmation immediately.

We'll then refund the purchase price of the returned item to your account. If you still haven't received the refund within 10 days, please email us at info@fight2win.nl.

How quickly will I receive a refund after returning my order?

As soon as your return is processed (usually within 7 business days, please keep this in mind during peak periods), your refund will be processed immediately. In most cases, the refund will appear in your account within 2 days.
