Do you have a minimum order amount?

Yes. We do

  • €35 for private individuals
  • €99,- for EU outside The Netherlands and Belgium
  • €250 for Business to Business

Of course, you're always welcome to place an order in our physical store for any amount.

Do I have to pay shipping costs?

Whether you have to pay shipping costs depends on the size of your order. Below is an overview.

  • Shipping costs within the Netherlands: €4.95 (and free for orders over €99)
  • Shipping costs Belgium: €6.95 (and free for orders over €99)
  • Shipping costs rest of EU: €15,-
  • Shipping costs B2B flat fee Netherlands: €10.00

When will I receive my order?

If you place an order with us on weekdays, it will be shipped within one business day. Please note that no packages are processed on weekends; they are processed on Mondays. Once your order is processed, you will immediately receive an email with the track & trace code.

We will do everything we can to meet the promised shipping date. If, for any reason, this is not possible, we will notify you by email or phone.

Destination - Estimated delivery time
Netherlands: 1-2 working days after dispatch
Belgium: 1-3 working days after dispatch
Germany, France, Luxembourg: 3-5 working days after dispatch
Other EU countries: 4-7 working days after dispatch

What delivery options are available?

We ship all orders via DPD or UPS. Most orders are shipped via parcel post. In that case, you will automatically receive a track & trace code to track your order. You will then receive emails with delivery timeframes from the shipping company (please also check your spam folder).

You generally have three shipping methods to choose from:

To an address (standard)
To a service point
Pick up in store

Can I change an order I've already placed?

No. To protect your data, orders cannot be changed. If we haven't shipped your order yet, you can cancel it.

What can I do if I placed the wrong order?

If we haven't shipped your order yet, you can cancel it and then place a new one. If your order has already shipped, you can return it to us.

If you think your problem can easily be resolved over the phone, you can always give us a call: +31(0) 10 - 226 38 68. In that case, we can't guarantee that we can resolve it for you right away.

How quickly will I receive my refund once I've canceled my order?

As soon as your return has been processed (usually within 7 business days), your money will be refunded immediately. In most cases, the refund will be back in your account within 3 business days.
