The size of a boxing glove is expressed in ounces (oz). For children, the following guideline applies:

• 2 oz - toddlers and preschoolers (approx. 2–4 years)
• 4 oz - preschoolers and young children (approx. 4–6 years)
• 6 oz - children aged approx. 6–9 years – the best-selling children’s size
• 8 oz - children aged approx. 9–12 years
• 10 oz - older children and teenagers (approx. 12+)

The 6 oz and 8 oz are by far the best-selling sizes for children. Unsure between two sizes? Choose the larger one – children grow quickly, and a slightly roomier glove works perfectly with handwraps or inner gloves.

The Top Gloves are only available in 6 and 8 oz – these are intended for children who have been training for a little longer. Want 10 oz and a wider, more luxurious selection? Then consider the XPRT Pro V3.

After every training session:

• Leave the gloves open to dry in a well-ventilated place—never leave them in the gym bag
• An antibacterial spray or deodorizer keeps the gloves fresh and prevents odors

Protect the inside:

• Have your child wear handwraps or inner gloves —these absorb sweat and are machine washable
• This significantly extends the lifespan of the gloves

• Wiping with a damp cloth is sufficient

Genuine leather (Top Gloves, Striker):
