Heavy. Demanding. Made in Japan.

Winning jump ropes are neither entry-level nor speedrope - they are training tools for boxers who know what they are doing. The weight of the cable and the shorter length make them more demanding than most jump ropes in the range.

The F-16 Leather has an 8 mm leather cable and weighs 300 grams - the traditional choice for rhythm and arm strength.

The F-66 has an 8 mm plastic cable and weighs 400 grams - heavier, but smoother than leather and less maintenance-intensive.

Both models are adjustable within their maximum length, have ribbed handles for a secure grip, and are available exclusively in black.

Suitable for professional-level training. Below, you will find everything about the models, materials, lengths, and maintenance - so you can make the right choice with confidence.

Winning jump rope - Japanese craftsmanship for the serious boxer

Winning is the world’s most respected boxing equipment brand—Made in Japan, used by world champions and top-level professional boxers. Winning jump rope is no exception: heavy-duty, demanding, and built for boxers who take their training seriously.

Fight2Win carries two Winning jump ropes—the F-16 Leather with a leather cable and the F-66 with a thick plastic cable. Both are Made in Japan, both have ribbed handles for a secure grip, and both are available exclusively in black.

Winning jump ropes are neither entry-level nor speedrope—they are training tools for the boxer who knows what they’re doing.

F-16 Leather and F-66 – two Winning jump ropes, each with its own training purpose

Winning offers two jump ropes, each designed to target a different aspect of boxing training.

The Winning F-16 Leather has an 8 mm leather cable and weighs 300 grams. Leather provides more resistance with each rotation than plastic or steel—slower, heavier, and more demanding. The maximum length is 240 cm. The choice for boxers working on rhythm, arm strength, and the traditional boxing training experience. Made in Japan.

The Winning F-66 has an 8 mm plastic cable and weighs 400 grams—heavier than the F-16. The maximum length is 260 cm. Heavier than most jump ropes in the range, but smoother than leather. The choice for boxers who want maximum resistance without the extra care that leather requires. Made in Japan.

Both models have ridged handles for a secure grip and can be adjusted to length. Both are available only in black and are suitable exclusively for professional-level use.

Winning jump ropes are shorter than standard ones—deliberately designed for boxers.

Most jump rope in the martial arts range has a standard length of 300 to 305 cm. The Winning jump rope deliberately deviates from this.

The F-16 Leather has a maximum length of 240 cm and the F-66 of 260 cm. These shorter lengths are not a limitation—they are a design choice suited to the Japanese boxing tradition of compact, controlled, and powerful jumping.

A shorter cable forces the boxer to make smaller, more precise movements and maintain a tighter rhythm. Less room for sloppiness—more focus on technique and timing. This makes the Winning jump rope more demanding than the average speedrope, but also more effective for boxers who want to refine their technique.

Both models are adjustable within their maximum length using the ridged handles.

Winning jump ropes are exclusively for boxing—heavy-duty, demanding, and purpose-built

Winning jump ropes are not designed as versatile training tools for multiple sports—they are focused purely on boxing. That sets them apart from most jump ropes in our range.

The cable weight—300 grams for the F-16 Leather and 400 grams for the F-66—provides constant resistance that loads the arm muscles, shoulders, and wrists with every rotation. That is exactly what classic boxing training requires: not just fitness, but also strength and endurance in the upper body.

The shorter length and heavier weight make both models less suitable for speed training or double-unders—and that is intentional. Winning jump ropes are intended for boxers working on rhythm, strength, and technique, not for athletes looking to burn calories or find a speedrope.

For kickboxers, MMA fighters, or athletes looking for a more versatile jump rope, we recommend the Rival or Ropejumpr models in our range.

Maintaining Winning jump ropes – leather requires extra care

The two Winning jump ropes each require a slightly different approach to maintenance.

Winning F-66 (plastic cable) - Wipe the cable with a dry cloth after use. Store the rope coiled at room temperature, away from direct sunlight and heat. Preferably jump on a wooden floor or rubber mat—concrete wears the cable out faster.

Winning F-16 Leather (leather cable) - Leather requires extra care. Treat the cable regularly with a leather cleaner or conditioner to prevent it from drying out and cracking. Store at room temperature, away from moisture and direct sunlight. A dry leather cable loses its flexibility and can crack during intensive use.

Both models have ribbed handles that can accumulate dirt in the grooves over time—a damp cloth keeps them clean and provides a secure grip.

Winning jump ropes are built to last—with the right care, they will last for many years.
