Lace-up or pre-shaped—what suits your child?
Two types, one choice. The sock-style model (XPRT Competitor V1) pulls on like a sock—no Velcro, no fuss; children can put it on themselves. Ideal for ages 5 to 10.
The pre-shaped model (XPRT Pro V3, Booster Champion, King Hexagon) has a hard protective plate and Velcro fastening—for older children or those who have been training longer and need more protection.
XPRT has the widest children's range: sock-style models in almost every color (Competitor V1, Camo V2, Protector V1) as well as pre-shaped models (All-Round V1, Top Shins, Pro V3).
Booster offers sleek Skintex models in XS and S—Champion, Combat, and Marble—for boys and girls.
King Pro Boxing offers the Hexagon Kids: slim, delicate, and available in Black and Black-Gold. Every brand, every level—all in stock.
Choosing the right size – here’s how to do it
As a rule of thumb:
XXS and XS are suitable for approximately 5–8 years,
S for 8–11 years,
M for 11–12 years.
The XPRT sock models start at XXS- the smallest size in our range.
Booster children's models are only available in XS and S, but they use a completely different sizing system.
The King Hexagon Kids runs relatively small- choose one size larger than you normally would.

Colors for every child—from neon to camo
The XPRT Competitor V1 is available in Black, pink, white, red, blue, yellow, green, and purple- plus the Camo V2 in green, gray, pink, and blue camouflage.
For girls, pink, purple, and camo pink are the most popular choices. For boys, Black, blue, and green camouflage.
Booster offers Black-Gold, Black-Pink, and Gold.
King Hexagon Kids in Black and Black-Gold. There is always a color that fits.
Care – never machine wash
Kids shin guards should never be put in the washing machine - including the polycotton sock models. After training, dry them with a towel, then let them air out completely.
Skintex models (Booster, King, XPRT Pro V3) should be cleaned with a damp cloth.
For stubborn odors: use an antibacterial spray such as Sukkiri & Fresh KO - available from Fight2Win.

The lifespan naturally depends on several factors: maintenance, the quality of the materials used, and the type of training. Cheaper shin guards will not last this long.
Heavy bag training shortens the lifespan of shin guards by an average of six months.
The elastic straps are a vulnerable point on every pair of shin guards. This material naturally stretches over time. It is therefore important to put on your shin guards carefully and not pull hard on the elastic straps.
How should a shin guard fit?
A shin guard must fit properly around the shin to provide the most effective protection and mobility. A shin guard consists of a safety kick and a shin protector. The part that protects the shin should start just above the ankle and end just below the knee. Ideally, the upper strap should sit on the calf, as placing it in the back of the knee can cause irritation or pain.
What does hook-and-loop fastening mean?
A hook-and-loop closure is used in various products in our range, such as punching mitts, belly pads, headgear, and shin guards.
This type of closure is most commonly found on shin guards. Hook and loop means pulling a strap through a buckle or loop and then bringing it back to tighten it.
