Fight2Win has three cooling products for acute injury treatment: the McDavid Hot-Cold cold pack (reusable, 26 x 12 cm), the Phyto Performance Cryos cooling spray (400 ml, 360° spray valve), and the Phyto Performance Fito Blue cooling gel.

Phyto Performance Cryos. Direct cooling via spray.
From Phyto Performance Cryos cooling spray (400ml) provides immediate local cooling for sports injuries. Use the spray from a distance of 20 cm on the injured area. 360° spray valve allows you to spray at any angle—even in hard-to-reach areas.
The spray contains no ozone-depleting propellants and is safe for regular use.
Phyto Performance Fito Blue. Targeted cooling in gel form.
From Phyto Performance Fito Blue cooling gel offers the same immediate cooling as the Cryos spray, but in gel form—for targeted application to a specific area.
Ideal for minor injuries or painful areas where you want to precisely control the cooling.

Cold therapy is intended for acute injuries - immediately after an injury, cooling reduces swelling and pain by constricting the blood vessels. Use Cryos spray, Fito Blue gel, or the McDavid cold pack (cold) during the first 24–48 hours after an injury.
Heat therapy is intended for recovery and muscle stiffness - heat stimulates blood circulation and relaxes stiff muscles. Use the McDavid cold pack (warm) for recovery after the acute phase or for chronic muscle pain.
