XPRT shin guards

XPRT Fight Gear makes shin guards for real training—not for photos. Every model is designed to stay in place, whether you’re kicking, blocking, or sparring. From the lightweight sock-style model for beginners to the pre-shaped Skintex Pro V3 for advanced kickboxers.

Fight2Win supplies the complete XPRT shin guard range directly from its own stock in Waddinxveen—for children and adults, in all sizes and colors.

XPRT has shin guards in three distinct types:

Sock-style – polycotton/stretch material:

• Competitor V1 (black, pink, white, red, blue, yellow, green) – the entry-level model. Pull them on like socks, with no hook-and-loop fasteners; foam padding on the shin and instep. Ideal for children up to around 10–11 years old and for adults as extra protection. Sizes XXS to L
• Protector V1 (black, white) – similar to the Competitor V1, with a slightly simpler design. Sizes XS to M, primarily for children

Soft model with hook-and-loop fasteners – polycotton:

• All-Round V1 (black) – cotton with one-piece molded foam padding, three hook-and-loop fasteners at the back of the calf plus elastic under the foot. Three notches in the padding for a better fit. Not as thick as the Skintex models, but you can still feel something on hard contact. A good entry-level model for those who want hook-and-loop fasteners. Sizes XXS to XL

Pre-shaped / hard model – Skintex:

• Pro V3 (Midnight, Black White, Gold, Royal Midnight – and B-grade variants in Black, Silver, White, Legend Retro) – the top model. Pre-shaped Skintex, extra-thick padding, two hook-and-loop fasteners at the back of the calf plus an ankle strap behind the Achilles tendon and elastic under the foot. Maximum protection and fit. Sizes XS to XL
• Top Shins (black-pink) – pre-shaped, Skintex, premium version. Sizes S to L

The size of shin guards depends on your height and shin circumference. XPRT uses the following size guide:

Sock-style models (Competitor V1, Protector V1) – based on age/height:

• XXS – small children (approx. 4–6 years)
• XS – children (approx. 6–9 years)
• S – children/teenagers (approx. 9–12 years)
• M - teenagers and small adults
• L – adults

All-Round V1 and Pro V3 – based on height:

• XXS/XS – children and small teenagers
• S – teenagers and lightweight adults (up to approx. 160 cm)
• M - average-sized adults (approx. 160–175 cm)
• L – large adults (approx. 175–185 cm)
• XL – very large adults (185 cm+)

Not sure? For sock-style models, always choose the larger size – a fit that is too tight is uncomfortable. For the Pro V3, the opposite applies: it is better to choose a slightly smaller size than one that is too large, so the shin guard stays securely fitted.

Pro V3 (Skintex, pre-shaped):

• Midnight (matte black) – the absolute bestseller, always in stock in XS to XL. Timeless and goes with everything
• Top Shins Black-Pink – premium version, popular with women

All-Round V1 (cotton): Black – available in all sizes from XXS to XL

Competitor V1 sock-style: Black, pink, white, red, blue, yellow, green – wide range of colors, ideal for children

Protector V1 sock-style: Black, white – simple and affordable

The Pro V3 Midnight is by far the best-selling shin guard in the XPRT range.

XPRT shin guards are suitable for all martial arts involving kicking and blocking:

• Kickboxing - the primary sport, all models are suitable for this
• Thai boxing / Muay Thai - Pro V3 and Top Shins are popular in Thai gyms
• Krav Maga - All-Round V1 and Competitor V1 are widely used during Krav Maga training
• MMA - sock-style models are also used as additional protection

By target group:

• Children (beginners, up to approximately 10–11 years old) - Competitor V1 or Protector V1 sock-style model. No hassle with Velcro, easy to put on themselves
• Children (have been training for a little longer) - All-Round V1 or Pro V3 in XS/S
• Adult beginners / recreationalists - All-Round V1 or Pro V3
• Advanced and serious athletes - Pro V3 or Top Shins
• Women - Pro V3 Midnight or Top Shins in black and pink
• Additional protection on top of other protective gear - Competitor V1 sock-style model

Shin guards are subjected to heavy use and absorb a lot of sweat. Proper care prevents odors and extends their lifespan.

After every training session:

• Leave the shin guards open to dry in a well-ventilated place—never put them directly into a bag
• Use a disinfectant spray to prevent bacterial growth and odors

Sock-style model (Competitor V1, Protector V1):

• Simply machine-washable at a low temperature (30°C)
• This is the great advantage of the sock-style model—always fresh

All-Round V1 (cotton):

• Wipe with a damp cloth after use
• Can also be gently hand-washed

Pro V3 and Top Shins (skintex):

• Wipe with a damp cloth; do not immerse
• Allow to dry completely before storing
• Periodically check the elastic belts and hook-and-loop fasteners for wear
