Care and hygiene - how to keep ankle guards fresh after intensive use

Ankle guards are worn directly on the skin during intensive training - sweat and bacteria quickly build up if you do not wash them regularly. Wash ankle guards after every training session at 30°C in the washing machine, preferably in a laundry bag to protect the elastic. Never put them in the dryer - let them air-dry at room temperature to preserve their stretch.

Proper care significantly extends their lifespan. After washing, loosely roll the guards instead of folding them tightly - this keeps the elastic intact. The Booster AG line is designed to last through many hours of training with proper use and care.
