Choose your glove weight and shin guard size independently
With a Hayabusa kickboxing set you choose two sizes: the weight of the boxing gloves (12 oz, 14 oz, or 16 oz) and the size of the shin guards (S, M, L, or XL). These are completely independent of each other.
For women, 12 oz or 14 oz is the most commonly used glove size. Men generally choose 14 oz or 16 oz. Refer to the size charts on the product page for personalized advice.
