The SGL7 provides protection for both the shin and instep - essential in Muay Thai and kickboxing, where kicking techniques are central. The combination of a sturdy outer shell and soft inner lining provides maximum protection without compromising mobility.

The SGL7 is available in 5 colors: black, white, burgundy, army green, and gray—and in sizes XS to XL.

The Twins SGL7 shin guard is available in 5 sizes: XS, S, M, L and XL. Choose based on your shin length—not your clothing size.

As a general rule:

XS - for children and very small women or men. Shin length approx. 28–32 cm.

S - for smaller adults and lightweight athletes. Shin length approx. 33–36 cm.

M - the most popular size for average adults. Shin length approx. 37–40 cm. Suitable for most women and lighter men. Height up to approximately 1.75 m

L - for larger adults. Shin length approx. 41–44 cm. The standard size for most men. Height approximately 1.75 to 1.85 m

XL - for tall and heavy athletes. Shin length approx. 45 cm and longer.

Tip: measure your shin from just below the kneecap to the instep. If you're between two sizes, choose the larger size for more coverage. The hook-and-loop closure and elastic straps ensure a good fit even with a slightly larger size.

Women and men - the SGL7 is available in XS through XL, making it suitable for both women and men. The smaller sizes (XS, S) are also suitable for older children and teenagers.

The Twins SGL7 is made of high-quality synthetic leather and will last for many years with proper care—even with intensive use several times a week.

After every training session: Leave the shin guards open to dry in a well-ventilated place —never put them directly into a sports bag. Moisture and sweat damage the material and accelerate wear. Use a disinfectant spray to neutralize odors.

Regular maintenance: Wipe the exterior with a damp cloth and a mild cleaning agent. You can carefully clean the inner lining with a damp cloth. Synthetic leather does not need leather grease, but a special synthetic leather spray can protect the material and keep it fresh.

Velcro and elastic straps: Regularly check whether the Velcro fastening still holds securely. Remove lint and dust from the Velcro to maintain its grip.

What to avoid: Never put them in the washing machine. Do not dry them in direct sunlight or near a heat source. Do not use harsh cleaning agents.
