From Children’s Yellow to Heavy Black. How to choose the right breaking board.
From Bytomic Children Yellow and Beginners Blue are the softest models—specially designed for the youngest athletes from around 5 years old, with a foam protective layer over the plastic for extra safety.
From Beginners Red and White V2 are suitable for advanced beginners and young athletes. The Black V2 and Advanced Black are for experienced athletes. The Heavy Black and Heavy White are the heaviest models—European and World Championship standard, with rounded corners for extra safety.

Always start with a lighter board that matches the athlete's skill level. The foam protective layer on the children's and beginners' models protects the hands and feet when the technique is performed incorrectly.
Ensure that the board holder maintains a stable stance and that the technique is performed correctly. If in doubt about the appropriate level, always choose the lighter option and build up gradually.
How to keep your breaking boards in good condition.
Carefully click the boards back together after each session and store them in a dry place. Regularly check the click mechanisms for wear and tear—intensive use can cause the connections to become less secure over time.
