Choosing the right boxing trunk size—from XS to XL
Boxing trunks are selected by waist size. Our range runs from XS to XL. Boxing trunks are traditionally worn loosely — high on the waist, with an elastic waistband and drawstring. The long legs fall just above the knee or lower.

Boxing trunks generally come in "standard" sizes, from XS to XL.
Each brand and model of boxing trunk has a unique size chart (next to the size selector and at the bottom of the content). This provides the best guidance we can give on what we think is the best choice for you for that specific brand and model.
Please note that there are no separate children's sizes. These are the smaller sizes XS and S.
There is no difference between women's and men's Boxing trunks. Boxing trunks are almost always\u00a0 unisex, but women sometimes choose a different color or pattern that appeals to them more. Boxing trunks for boys and girls, men and women are available in various color combinations.

Traditional boxing trunks have a distinctive, almost iconic look. Why?
Every element of the design serves a practical purpose:

Striking designs and bright colors – Originally served the practical purpose of helping fighters be distinguished from one another by both the audience and the judges. Today, they are also a way to reflect boxers’ identities in the sport.
Can Boxing trunks be washed in the washing machine?
Yes.
The boxing trunks can be machine-washed, but it is best to turn them inside out first. It is also best to wash them at a low temperature. You can optionally put them in a laundry bag to protect them. Hand washing is of course still the safest option.
Washing instructions:
Always check the washing instructions on the label of the trunks first. Some trousers may require a specific washing temperature or cycle.
Inside out:
Turn the boxing trunk inside out to protect the outer surface and printed designs during washing.
Washing machine:
Choose a delicate cycle or a low-temperature cycle, such as 30°C or 40°C. Avoid hot water, as it can damage the fabric.
Laundry bag:
Use a laundry bag for delicate clothing to protect the boxing trunk from the movement of the washing machine, especially if the trunks have Velcro.
Drying:
Simply let the trunks air-dry as normal. Do not use a tumble dryer, as the heat can damage the fabric and alter the fit.
Additional tips:
It is best to wash the kickboxing shorts separately or with similar colors to prevent fading and color transfer.
