Care for safety punches and safety kicks:
- Take them out of your bag immediately after training.
- Wipe the outside with a clean, dry cloth.
- Use a deodorizer to help your safety punches dry faster and more thoroughly on the inside.
- Store in a cool, dry place with good natural ventilation.

For leather safety punches and kicks: use leather grease/leather conditioner once a month to prevent cracks and drying out.
Dobok (Taekwondo uniform) washing instructions:
- Always check the label first for special washing instructions.
- Wash inside out
- Wash separately or with the same colors (white)
- Machine wash cold, at a maximum of 40°C and at a low spin speed
- You can use a dryer on a low setting, but air-drying outdoors is preferable
- Iron your uniform so that you look neat and presentable
Mouthguard care:
- Rinse under lukewarm water after use
- Use a soft toothbrush and special mouthguard cleaner to clean the mouthguard.
- Rinse thoroughly
- Allow the mouthguard to air-dry completely. It is best to do this in a clean, ventilated antimicrobial Protective case specially designed for this purpose.
