- Remove from your sports bag immediately after training
- Allow to air thoroughly
Washing if necessary:
- Use a laundry bag
- Do not use fabric softener
- Machine wash cold, at a maximum of 30°C; hand washing is preferred
- Allow the knuckle guards to air-dry
- Do not put the knuckle guards in the dryer.
