- Take it out of your sports bag immediately after training
- Let it air out well
Wash if necessary:
- Use a laundry bag
- Do not use fabric softener
- Wash cold in the machine, maximum 30°C, hand washing is preferred
- Let the knuckle guards air dry
- Do not put the knuckle guards in the dryer.
