Taekwon-do belts of 210 cm are recommended for adult men and women. For smaller women and juniors, there are 170 cm or 190 cm belts.

Extra thick and wide—5 cm wide, 5 mm thick

The Chang Hon belt is 5 cm wide and 5 millimeters thick—considerably sturdier than a standard colored belt. On one side, the letters ITF are embroidered next to each other. At the other end, the word Taekwon-do embroidered in Korean appears, with the rank in Roman numerals underneath: I.

Made as described in the Encyclopedia of Taekwon-do

The belt is made as described in General Choi Hong Hi’s Encyclopedia of Taekwon-do—the founder of ITF Taekwon-do. This is the correct design for dan holders who want to wear their rank as it should be worn.

The belt is available in 190 cm and 210 cm lengths and should be wrapped around the waist once. Fight2Win offers all Chang Hon dan belts from 1st to 3rd dan.
