Correct according to ITF regulations - worn once around the waist
According to the ITF regulations and General Choi Hong Hi's Encyclopedia of Taekwon-do, the belt should be wrapped once around the waist. The Green belt is available in 190 cm (juniors and women) and 210 cm (men).
ITF coloured belts range from white (10th kup) to red (2nd kup) - each colour represents a stage in the practitioner's development.
Multiple stitching - retains its shape after frequent use
The belt is stitched multiple times for a sturdy construction that retains its shape after frequent use and washing. Fight2Win stocks all ITF colours and specialises in ITF Taekwon-do equipment.
