- Do not use aggressive cleaning agents, as they can damage the material and shorten the lifespan of the freestanding boxing bag.
- Ensure the freestanding boxing bag is placed in a dry and ventilated environment to prevent mold.
- Always wear (bag) gloves and/or handwraps.
- Replace the filling (water, sand, or gravel) of the freestanding boxing bag every six months to prevent mold.

Boxing dummy Victory Sports XL
The Victory Sports XL punching bag has an upper body that simulates a real person, allowing you to train perfectly and realistically on it. This standing punching dummy on a base is the ideal sparring partner. The punching dummy is made of a strong rubber-like PU with Urethane foam inside. This ensures that both kicks and punches are perfectly absorbed.
Victory Sports XL: high-quality punching dummy
The connecting piece between the lower and upper parts flexes slightly, optimizing sound reduction. This also helps the base stay firmly on the ground. The base of the punching dummy can be filled with sand or gravel (not included). This gives it a weight of approximately 150 kg!
The base of the XL punching dummy has a diameter and height of 48 cm. The upper body has a height of 92 cm. The total height of the dummy is 170 cm.
You do not need any tools to assemble the 'BOB'. The striking surface is wide enough to practice countless techniques and is made of durable material. This makes the dummy especially suitable for people who cannot or do not want to hang a traditional punching bag.
Especially if you want to train focused and realistically – for example in self-defense techniques – this dummy is ideal. After use, the large punching dummy is relatively easy to move, for example, to a corner of the room.
