The Booster DT4 Boxing Timer is the training timer for any serious (home) gym—compact, easy to set up, and equipped with a clear 3" display that is easy to read from the ring or the center of the room.

Training without a boxing timer means training with a stopwatch in your hand or keeping an eye on your phone—both distract you from what matters: technique, intensity, and your opponent. A boxing timer eliminates that distraction. Set the rounds, round time, and rest period once, and the timer takes care of the rest.

A boxing timer is indispensable during group training—you can run sparring drills and sparring sessions without having to keep track of the time yourself. The timer gives a loud warning sound at the beginning and end of each round, so everyone in the room can hear it.

The DT4 is intuitive to operate: hold down the relevant button, the selected setting starts flashing, adjust it with the up and down buttons, and press again to confirm. Adjustable for round time (1–9 minutes), number of rounds (1–9 or continuous), rest time (10–90 seconds), and interval beep (0–60 seconds). Four volume levels for the warning sound. Pausing is always possible.
