King Thai Pads

Thai pads—also known as paos—are large, curved punching shields held by a trainer or training partner during one-on-one training. The athlete practices kicking and punching techniques at full power, while the trainer guides and corrects the movements.

The pad is slipped onto the arm through the loop and held using the handle on the inside. The Velcro closure around the forearm provides an adjustable, secure fit. The slightly curved shape follows the arm’s natural position, reducing wrist strain when absorbing powerful kicks.

The Thai pads King Pro Boxing Revo KP are the entry-level model in the King Pro pao line, made from high-quality skintex with multi-layer foam padding that effectively absorbs the impact of powerful kicks and punches. At approximately 1.8 kg per pair, they are in the ideal weight range for trainers.
